Barrio Bruiser vs Ursa Major

In one of the most famous matches ever released by Vertex, the wily veteran Barrio Bruiser takes on muscle bear Ursa Major in a classic battle! The Bruiser may be outmatched in size here, but his skills and cunning make sure that he is well positioned to take care of his bruising opponent! Barrio quickly takes over the match, putting Ursa into a headlock. Ursa returns the favor, but Barrio Bruiser manages to send him flying to the ropes, followed by a perfectly executed takedown of the big man. The two exchange holds back and forth in some excellent change wrestling, but Barrio knows full well that in order to win the match, he needs to keep the muscle bear down. Chicken wings and well-placed knees help him keep the big man right where he wants him, as Ursa Major struggles to escape Barrio’s well executed holds. Even when Ursa is able to gain the upper hand, the veteran Bruiser pulls out all the stops to make sure that he’s ready to take over at the slightest opening that Major might give him.
This classic, old-school match features tons of mat wrestling as Barrio Bruiser punishes the big man’s legs and arms. Ursa tries repeatedly to get the opponents back to their feet, but not wanting to allow that advantage, Bruiser always takes it back to where he’s a master: on the canvas! Lying prone, Ursa is subject to ab claws and several stretches meant to keep the big man on his back. Ursa is a mountain of a man, however, so getting the big boy to submit wouldn’t be easy for any opponent! Will Ursa manage to use his brute strength to eke out a victory, or will Barrio’s experience and skill prove too much for the muscle bear?
